Indeed it does. Thank you! 

I was hoping it would also solve the problem with UrbanTerror-4.2 flickering
without TearFree enabled, but it doesn't. We're going to go with TearFree
enabled by default, so good enough. I used to look for ATI GPUs when shopping
for a laptop, but now Intel's open source drivers are much better and usually
cheaper too.
