After upgrading to 2.99.916, the DisplaySize value set in xorg.conf.d is
ignored, and the default 96dpi used.
Reverting back to 2.99.914 works fine.

GMA4500MHD, xorg-server 1.16.0 on Arch Linux x86_64.
