GPU crash dump

I was just watching a video on youtube and clicked to fullscreen.
After that the screen goes blank and I needed to restart the window
manager/XOrg with Ctrl+Alt+Backspace.

Searching the /var/log/messages I found the messages below:

kernel: [22850.471100] [drm] stuck on render ring
kernel: [22850.471106] [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
kernel: [22850.471107] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the
entire gfx stack, including userspace.
kernel: [22850.471108] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on
bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel
kernel: [22850.471108] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
kernel: [22850.471109] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu
hangs, so please always attach it.
