You've marked this as a regression. Which kernel version worked?

Please drop at least i915.i915_enable_rc6=1 i915.i915_enable_fbc=1
i915.lvds_downclock=1 i915.semaphores=1. Would like to recommend dropping most
other extra params too unless you really know what you're doing.

Please try latest 3.17-rc or drm-intel-nightly branch from
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-intel, and attach dmesg with drm.debug=14
module parameter set.
