Hi! Ever since this(*) commit, scrolling became much slower and choppier on
Google Chrome on my Ivybridge GT1 (Asus X301 laptop, Celeron 1007U).
Additionally, graphics corruption can be seen while scrolling. Screenshot
attached (top of the page and scroll bar).
