[Bug 88698] [BYT/BSW]HDMI screen flashes on some modes when running "testdisplay -a"

I tried to connect a DP->DVI adapter, "testdisplay -i" shows the connction is
HDMI connection.

"testdisplay -a" shows flash for several modes. And "testdisplay -d 16/24"
shows flash for more modes.

The testing is on BSW + drm-intel-testing-2015-04-10.

If this is a different issue, let me know and I will report a new bug.
