Running synchronized to the vertical refresh.  The framerate should be
approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
301 frames in 5.0 seconds = 60.082 FPS
300 frames in 5.0 seconds = 60.000 FPS

1366x768 60/40 are native modes reported by the pannel.
Also adding a custom resolution with a custom refresh rate != 60HZ allways
reports 60fps in glxgears
