This bug affects Servo on Linux as well:

Each painting thread on Servo draws to an XPixmap, which are then passed to the
compositing thread which converts them to textures and paints them to the
framebuffer.

The proposed patch fixes it for me. Oddly, I run e10s + OMTC firefox, and I
have never hit this bug in it.

Are there any workarounds that can be used in the meantime?
