Bug description: I'm unable to connect monitor through DP on Thinkpad t450s

System environment:
-- chipset:
-- system architecture: x86_64
-- xf86-video-intel:
-- xserver:
-- mesa:
-- libdrm: 2.4.60-2
-- kernel: 3.19.0-15-generic
-- Linux distribution: Xubuntu 
-- Machine or mobo model: Thinkpad t450s
-- Display connector: Display Port

Reproducing steps:
Insert DP cable and error message appears in dmesg.

Additional info:
Actually I've reported this bug in past and after while it looked like fixed
(monitor connection worked without any errors). But after upgrading to newer
kernel (I don't know exact version) issue came back.
