Some more data...

In the case when there are no DE_PCU_EVENTs I'm getting this sequence.

[ 1802.660146] 1 __ironlake_set_rps 0 min 0 max 10
[ 1804.668038] 1 __ironlake_set_rps 0 min 0 max 10
[ 1808.670501] 1 __ironlake_set_rps 0 min 0 max 10

this sequence repeats on every glxgears start
