Lock-up reproduced, again unwillingly, with Debian kernel 4.1.3 and driver
2.21.15. The laptop locked-up on a resume after an hibernation duration of a
few hours. And the two unexpected lock-ups were similar (long hibernation
before resume) now that I think of it.

I move back to Intel kernel 4.2.0rc5 now.
