Happenes to me too. Running Ubuntu 15.10 64bit on my Acer Aspire ES1-311 and
I'm experiencing the same issue. The first bug report scani mentions is mine.

I am running Kernel 4.1.13 so far without any issues. I guess Kernel 4.2+
include this bug.
