This bug has nothing to do with AMD machines ... that's just noise. It's still
the same for everyone. Forcing the kernel to max cstate 1 or setting that via
the bios solves the issue reliable.

We have some good experience with:

Besides that - this bug got really, really silent concerning fixes.
