intel_crtc_wait_for_pending_flips

This occurs about when the screen is blank. I hit shift or return or move the
mouse to wake up the display. I know if the clock is frozen on the screen
saver that something has crashed. If I wait until the display blanks again I
can usually get back in. I am assumming that gnome has restarted.

I am using Fedora 22: Linux HP_17 4.2.6-200.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Nov 10
16:45:19 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Running GNOME Shell 3.16.4 with GDM.
