It fails on HSW, Bisect shows is a Xf86_video_intel regression.

Allow runtime selection between DRI levels
Rather than imposing a maximum DRI level at compile time by compiling
out unwanted protocol handlers, default to limiting it at runtime so
that we can switch between any level.
