dmesg with kernel 3.18.6-200.fc21.x86_64

dmesg with no external display attached at the beginning.
-> internal display is black, Switching to tty is not possible

External display attached after about 300 seconds.
-> internal display black, external display working

Login after about 420 seconds.
-> both displays working
