Since most people believe that this is a kernel bug, thought I should mention
that I've been running Fedora 21 for about 2 1/2 months now, with the 3.17 and
3.18 kernels, without a single hang. Previously, on Fedora 20, I'd had hangs at
least once a month. F21 includes xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.916-3.20141117.fc21 as
opposed to F20's xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.21.15-9.fc20, so that update might be
responsible.
