    drm/exynos: separate dpi from fimd

    The patch separates dpi related routines from fimd.

The good commit(000cc9204e5a71dab1aafac1312b209a87077bdd) on (drm-intel-fixed)
can be found on (drm-intel-next-queued) branch, but BSW did not show up screen
after start kernel after compiled

Regression:
--------------------------
Should be, but cannot do bisect, only find good commit in (drm-intel-fixed)
branch, (drm-intel-next-queued) and (drm-intel-nightly) latest commit all fail.

Reproduce steps:
--------------------------
1. Boot into system
2. xinit &
3. sleep 1;xset dpms force off
4. Resume dpms though click the keyboard
will observe backlight till off, and there is x window shadow in the display
