Thanks for the report.

Render head indicates it hung in a MI_STORE_DATA_DWORD for semaphore
add_request.

If possible please give a try on our latest drm-intel-nightly branch from
cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-intel, we have few changes there since 3.14.

Also, on your current kernel, could you try to reproduce again booting your
kernel with drm.debug=0xe and grab dmesg and paste here as well.

Also 2 good things to try separated is to boot your kernel with
i915.semaphores=0 and i915.enable_rc6=0 and see witch one can fix this hang.
