Another thing to note, we've tested this with the following xorg-x11-drv-intel
packages as well:
xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.21.12-2.fc19.i686
xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.21.15-9.fc20.i686

It seems like 2.21.12 causes the issue less than 2.21.15, but we have no hard
evidence of that since the issue tends to be quite intermittent.
