What about newer kernel? it is strange to have the erro check and no error
state collected. Could you please try to reproduce and grab the error state
from latest stage where you have it working propperly but seeing warns?

Also, it would be good if you can try newer kernel.
If you use Ubuntu you can try nightly deb from
ppa:http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/drm-intel-nightly/current/
