dmesg when unable suspend on C step

==System Environment==
--------------------------
BIOS version V53
CPU: C0 step
Regression: No. I tried with the same commit on DUT with B step CPU and does
not see this issue.

Non-working platforms: BSW with C0 CPU

==kernel==
--------------------------
-testing: 2015_01_18 commit 6dd5bb25ce0ed3a0012b69d553d74e1a0d39c313(test
fails)

==Bug detailed description==
-----------------------------
Unable to enter S3/S4 on BSW with C0 cpu. When I tried:
echo mem > /sys/power/state
Or
echo disk > /sys/power/state

It looks like the system suspend but finally system automatically resumes.

On BSW with B step cpu, system will suspend, and system will resume only when I
press the power button.

The reproducibility > 90%

==Reproduce steps==
----------------------------
1. Boot BSW, login run:
echo mem > /sys/power/state

Or

echo disk > /sys/power/state
