Reproduced on SKL with kernel 4.2-rc2. External screen works.
It is no more reproduced on BSW.

We found a "workaround":
1. suspend to RAM (command: echo mem > /sys/power/state)
2. Wait external screen goes to power save mode
3. Resume -> Display works on eDP screen
