Yes. Looks like this device has newer sequence version which the current parser
is not identifying. You can use intel-gpu-tools to dump the whole VBT. There is
also a DSI sequence parser in igt which can dump the sequence block. Can you
attach the two dumps.

Also can you try the patches which are currently under review in intel-gfx for
version 3 sequence to see if it fixes the problem -
