dmesg drm.debug=0x06

On current drm-intel-nightly, my laptop screen (4200U IGP) just stays black
entirely. DRM driver is compiled-in.

Otherwise the system (incl. xserver) starts normally; dmesg shows no errors
obvious to me. Issue wasn't in a nightly from a few days back.

NB: On the 01.org "How to file a bug report" page, the intel_reg_dumper guide
link 404s.
