Thanks very much. Can you test the same with "normal" xrandr?

e.g. DISPLAY=:0 xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode 0x48 ?

Also provide: DISPLAY=:0 xrandr -q | pastebinit so that we can see your modes.

>From that testing here it looks like kodi's xrandr does harm - therefore please
test with normal xrandr.
