I'm also seeing this, on an i7-5600U.  Kernel 4.0.0-rc2+, xf86-video-intel from
a few days ago (9fb8154), mesa 10.5-rc3.

I turned off VT-d in the BIOS, and haven't seen any issues since.  I've
attached both my dmesg + GPU crash dump from one of the times this happened.
