Yes CONFIG_PWM_CRC depends on CONFIG_PWM and additionally on
CONFIG_INTEL_SOC_PMIC. CONFIG_PWM_CRC is in drivers/pwm/Kconfig which needs
CONFIG_PWM enabled first to be able to select CONFIG_PWM_CRC.
