Tested on BDW-H with drm-intel-testing-2015-03-27 kernel.
show the error info:

uncleared pch fifo underrun on pch transcoder A
[   32.493699] [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO underrun

Reproduce steps:

1,Connected the DP and VGA monitor
2,unplug and plug the VGA
