Every kernel above 3.16.x just fails.

3.16.x - no freeze
> 3.16.x - freezes no later than six hours after video launch. 

I checked many kernel versions: 3.16.x, 3.17.x, 3.18.x, 3.19.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x,
4.2.x and latest 4.3. None of described above kernel parameters works.

For tests I used ASROCK SBC-211P (Baytrail-E3800).
