I am using Fedora 23 with almost stock GNOME shell, using mutter as
compositiing manager (as far as I know). I am able to reproduce the issue on
multiple computers, with no special eclipse setup, default configuration (as
downloaded from the eclipse website), and opening and scrolling a long file in
an editor.
