I see the same issue reported on 4.3.0.
I would like to try the patch, but I'm not a kernel expert.

Could you give me instructions on how to apply it to 4.3.0?
I have not checked out 4.3.0 from git. I can do it, but it would be nice to
understand what is the base for the patch below.
