The hang and the wm_changed warning looks like two unrelated issues. On my
SKL-Y the hang occurs only when using DP - Pipe B - Plane A+B. All other
combinations I've tried so far works fine. Running with disable_power_well=0
makes no difference so I'm guessing watermarks is the problem here.
