Color dithering doesn't work when using the display port on a system with a
Haswell Core i7-4770S CPU. The display is a 6-bit panel with a resolution of
1024x600.

System architecture: x86_64
Kernel version: 4.2.0-gentoo+
Linux distribution: Gentoo
Machine or mother board model: Dell XE2 with a Core i7-4770S CPU
Display connector: DP

dmesg, xrandr and intel_reg_dumper output and the VBIOS dump are attached.

The same issue was seen with kernel version 4.3.0-rc3 from the
drm-intel-nightly branch in the http://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-intel
repository.
