Crash Dump

With HDMI Connected, GPU crash randomly. GUI doesn't respond, only window
manager(Can close, minimize, maximize).

Applications open: Chromium browser 45.0.2454.101 Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit): 2
windows 2 tabs per window, gnome-terminal 3.6.2, MySQL Workbench Version
6.0.8.11354 build 833
