Small images in chromium have distorted color on BDW hardware. Distortion
pattern is random.

mesa 11.0.3, xf86-video-intel-2.99.917+478+gdf72bc5, linux-4.2.3,
chromium-46.0.2490.71

Steps to reproduce: start chromium, open gmail page, look at avatars in gmail
chat.

Attached image shows distorted and correct images side by side.
