dp MST still not working. 

I turned on MST mode on my dell monitor and instant crach, lockup actually with
audio looping, cant get any kernel log from this as nothing ends up on disk and
screen is obviously not working. 

then had a big problem getting the screen back to not use MST as someone at
dell thought that it was a good idea to only show the OSD menu when there is
valid input and I no longer can get that after I turned on the MST option.
