That looks like a spurious non-fatal GPU warning following a pageflip. Sadly,
the error state didn't actually capture the actual error (as for whatever
reason the hardware says PGTBL_ER.... which is a bug in how we reported the
error at that time). It is probably fixed in the 2 years since that kernel was
released.
