Bug ID: 91894
Summary: GPU Hangs since Kernel-4.2 upgrade
Product: DRI
Version: unspecified
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: medium
Component: DRM/Intel
Assignee: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: krejzi at email.com
QA Contact: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
CC: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
It hangs soon as Firefox starts playing any HTML5 video. ickle highlighted it
might be an issue with vaapi, which I can confirm that Firefox is using. As a
side note, the same thing happens on weston when playing video in epiphany,
which also uses gstreamer and utilizes gstreamer-vaapi.
