Results with 4.6.0-rc3 d9131d6:
init: 315.30 ms
suspend: 320.84 ms
resume: 501.59 ms

Reproduced with fastboot (kern.log attached):
init 326.53 msecs
suspend: 297.38 msecs
resume: 497.26 msecs
