[Bug 95097] I Cant use my hdmi output when i conect it to the tv i get this fifo errors and the tv starts flashing and lost connection and i get blue screen on the tv

The Bug Still on Upstream on kernel 4.5.2 the fifo underun seems to be gone
but i still cant use my hdmi output with the tv which works nicely with kernel
4.1 lts
