2. Check PSR status in kernel log

Actual results:

1. About 50% of the tests are Pass and 50% are skip
2. Log shows example:

[  425.431558] [drm:intel_psr_match_conditions] PSR disable by flag

Expected results:

1. 100% of tests are Pass
2. PSR is not disabled
