Actually, that is the problem for this specific case; the firmware isn't
installed on that machine. That hasn't been causing failures because GuC
submission has been disabled :( It also means DMC is not getting tested, which
also goes unnoticed because DMC firmware load failure isn't flagged as an error
:(
