Since updating to 4.8 series, DMC firmware for my SKL GT2 GPU won't load.

The message is pretty obvious. However, I can't find 1.23 firmware anywhere.
Either remove the restriction or make 1.23 firmware available somewhere.

The same firmware was working fine with 4.7 and earlier.
