By executing IGT test kms_rotation_crc, I'm reproducing:
- vblank not available on crtc 0, ret=-22
- ERROR CPU pipe A FIFO underrun
- a GPU hang
I confirm it needs 2 external screens to reproduce it.

I applied version 12:
