[Bug 97412] vblank wait timeout, giving kernel panic, while switching TTY

Another kernel-oops switching TTY2 to TTY7, even without fancy terminal-font
and background-coloring. It hasn't gone away; I could get back to TTY2 this
time. Recently, Arch Linux driver-package suggested DRI3 and SNA-acceleration
as default, which I have moved to. Before I was on DRI2 and UXA-acceleration.
This could have brought on the problem. Going back to DRI2, UXA for time being.
