First instance in the journal there's a problem...

[31603.149518] f25h kernel: [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0xfffffffe, in
gnome-shell [7105], reason: Hang on render ring, action: reset

That comes before the cell phone photo; and the journal goes to [31723.152073]
at which point there's a total crash and call trace. So it doesn't look like
much information was lost in the log itself; but there was no way to get the
GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error.
