[Bug 99137] Weird colours on usb-c to hdmi output

Found 2 "workarounds":

1. Use 800x600 resolution, I tried all other higher resolutions with no luck
2. Execute 

xrandr --output DP-2 --set "Broadcast RGB" "Full" AND
play a video - this fixes in all resolutions.
