I was working on a spreadsheet in LibreOffice Calc, scrolling down, when the
entire screen turned to garbage. VT switch worked and I found the attached
errors in dmesg.

Restarting X cleared the corruption and it seems OK for now. This has happened
in the past and I can't rule out bad hardware since this is the only laptop I
have with this Intel chip.
