[Bug 94101] System hangs for seconds repeatedly and sometimes crashes

Maybe another hint - I found out that the bug has been introduced @Fedora23 by
updating from kernel kernel-4.3.3-300.fc23 to kernel-4.3.3-303.fc23. The
notable change is "Backported i915": 
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-b59fd603be

Just running the old kernel-4.3.3-300.fc23 works for me!
